WHERE THE FORK DID WE COME FROM?

Brendan, a businessman with 25 years of experience running successful food & beverage ventures, meets Tori, a creative marketer and self-proclaimed food critic…

And so What The Fork was born.

Together, we have worked hard to create an environment that makes you feel like you can let down your guard, be yourself and not take brunch too seriously.

However, the food you will enjoy with us is of course, taken forking seriously.
Sourcing fresh and seasonal ingredients, Head Chef Heena is passionate about creating dishes that explore vibrant flavour, textures and temperatures. Expect your classics such as eggs bene and mince and toast, but with a twist that just makes sense.

We’re talking superstar salads like halloumi and quinoa with pomegranate, rocket and honey carrots, roasted kumara and crunchy rainbow slaw, with sesame beetroot dressing. And look no further than our epic pulled beef toasties with three cheese and pickles.
